The possibility that third parties can participate, is what makes the Open Data truly transformative.
Beth Noveck. Open Data – The democratic imperative (2012)
There are many possible definitions of Open Data We believe that a good one is to take into account that it is about opening public data (although private data are not ruled out), preferably raw data (ie, unprocessed), provided in digital formats, standarized and open to be reused automatically. Anyone should be able to use these open data for free, anytime, and for any purpose (including commercial purposes).
In desideDatum we specialize in Open Data, from the first project diagnostic phase until the management of internal changes in the organization that decides to open data; as well as in the Opening Data process itself.
